"I love the versatility that the studio provides, along with the CLEANLINESS!!! One thing I've noticed about other studios is how dirty the floors and baseboards can be, which can result in a less elevated client experience and extra editing work on my end. This studio is pristine and professional! The natural light coming from the large south-facing windows allows the room to be soaked in gorgeous natural light all throughout the day. I also appreciate the easy booking system and clear entrance instructions and house rules, which are emailed straight to me. Another plus is that there is a built-in AC/Heater, which means they I will never need to worry about the temperature of the space, even when the weather outside is less than favorable. I look forward to booking more sessions at House of Skye!"

Our downtown Bakersfield studio can comfortably host up to 35-40 guests standing, with space for up to 5 bistro tables, a 96-inch table for catering, and an optional mobile bar with a bartender. There's also seating for 14 guests, perfect for smaller gatherings or lounge-style setups.
A small refrigerator is available for keeping beverages chilled or storing catering items, and a locker provides secure storage for personal belongings or event supplies.
It's an ideal spot for brand launches, networking events, mixers, creative workshops, or a pre-party before a FOX Theater show.
With its clean design, natural light, and curated details, the space sets the right tone for any modern, intimate event.

As an immigrant who came to the U.S. over a decade ago and started from scratch, I can relate to the grit, determination, and resourcefulness it takes to build a business that is both meaningful and scalable.
After studying digital marketing at Northwestern University, I launched Skye Marketing, a marketing agency that exclusively serves the medical aesthetics industry, located also right here in Bakersfield, California.
As my work evolved, I saw a need for a creative space where various professionals could bring their brand stories to life. That’s why I founded House of Skye, a content studio and rental space for all kinds of founders, creators, and professionals (medical or not) who want to build a strong, intentional online presence through photo, video, and podcast content.
